Students may schedule a time for textbook and laptop pick up or return by filling out this form.

Students that are withdrawing early will need to make an *appointment to return their materials. They will also need to complete all necessary paperwork with the Registrar, prior to returning materials. (*appointments are 9am to 1:00 pm for laptop/textbook returns)
