UCHS Schedules/Textbooks and Computer Pick-up (08-24-2020)

Hello UCHS Centurions,

I want to first thank our families who engaged in our Town Hall meetings this week.  We had over 332 people who connected with us.  If we have time, we will continue to offer these types of forums. Whether you were able to attend or not, I need for everyone to review the information provided in the document UCHS Family Online Guidelines(ESTUDIANTE -GUIA PARA APRENDIZAJE EN LINEA). 

In the presentation it describes the plans for opening school, bell times, and lots of important information.  We have also created a document titled Opening School Information. We need all to read this in its entirety. 

We have also created a tentative pick up schedule for textbooks and computers for students next week.  Each tab is by grade level. If a family has more than one student at UCHS, please go to the one that best meets your needs. 

We say tentative pick up schedule because it is based on whether the computer system cooperates with us. Right now, PowerSchool is turned off, as we are currently running our master schedule though the system.  For parents to see their student’s schedule for this fall, you will need to log into PowerSchool. Again, please see the Opening School Information document.

Please know PowerSchool is temporarily turned off. It will be activated once the master schedule is ready to view. We ask all to keep checking PowerSchool over the weekend to view your student’s schedule.

This email contains several links.  Each link should be carefully read and understood.  We know we will have struggles communicating all that parents need to know and the website is operating with mixed results.  Staff is not working on the weekend so please be patient and we will work together over the next week to support you and your students.
